Source One Properties was established over 19 years ago as a property management company. We currently manage numerous single and multi-family buildings throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Through the expertise of our owners, Source One Properties has grown to include real estate consulting and mortgage lending services. We assist individuals with perfect and sub-prime credit in obtaining funding for the “home of their dreams,” we provide consultation services to individuals seeking to purchase or lease homes for investment or personal use, and we assist individuals in locating appropriate housing options. We employ real estate agents, loan officers/mortgage brokers, as well as property managers. In addition to providing market rate rental units, we work with the local Housing Authorities to provide Section 8 available units. Within the past 5 years we have expanded our services to include assisting the beginning investor in obtaining rehabbed properties. We have recently begun to partner with other local management companies.
