How long does the application process take?
We review every application personally. You can expect to hear from us within 2 business days of submitting your completed application. Application decisions are made within 5-7 days.
What is the income requirement?
We typically require a monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent. For example, a home renting for $1,000/month requires a minimum monthly income of $3,000.
What lease terms do you offer?
We offer lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months and longer. Lease terms are discussed during the application process based on your situation and the property.
Are pets allowed?
Source One Properties generally does not permit pets. In rare cases exceptions may be considered. An approved pet deposit is required for any exception. Please ask about our pet policy for a specific property before applying.
How do I pay rent?
We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, money order, or cashier’s check. Details are provided at lease signing. Rent is due on the 5th of each month.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Current tenants can submit a maintenance request using our online form or by calling us directly. We respond within 24 to 48 hours. For emergencies please call us — do not use the online form.
